Our Entremets are the perfect way to celebrate with something different! A multi-layer & multi-texture cake, usually consisting of a jelly/fruit compote, mousse, cremeux, sponge cake and finished with a mirror glaze, this is a level up from the typical birthday cake sponge! At 7", our Entremet feeds 8 - 12 priced at £35. please contact us to order and discuss flavours and colours.
